Malvern Reunion
Today was also the day for Erika's high-school reunion, which was celebrating its centenary. Erika is really not into such events, as she doesn't have fond memories of high school (let's face it, who does?) but was persuaded to go in order to play in a brass band that was planning on performing there throughout the day.

Erika is really not into such events, as she doesn't have fond memories of high school (let's face it, who does?) but was persuaded to go in order to play in a brass band that was planning on performing there throughout the day.
For her, playing her trumpet was the best part of the day, though she admitted later taking an evil pleasure at finding the most snobby, clique-ish popular girl from her time there had turned into a dull, frumpy housefrau. (Even if that wasn't true, it would be nice to think that that would be how things work out for those particular individuals who put us through hell in high school. ;-) Erika also felt good that she is much more "hot" now than when she was attending high school, thanks primarily to her yoga. To that all I can say is "yum"! ;-)
