I Get Quoted
Another work-related thing, so I will not go into details here, but it is still a minor thrill to see myself quoted in a press release.

There was a time long ago when I used to draft up press releases. Now I get quoted in them. Somewhere along the way, a fundamental shift has happened... ;-)

Something has bothered me for years, and I thought you'd be able to help, having written a pile-o-books and all.
I was writing some site log code and thought (once again): How did "HTTP_REFERER" get misspelled in the first place? There must be some lonely human out there responsible for this cosmic screw-up. It has plagued thousands over the years.
