Was saddened to hear this on the news this morning. I’ve already talked about my experiences with his solo-effort music, but still, he’ll be missed.
Kind of odd – they’re playing an ersatz video of sorts for "Something" seemingly in its entirety on CTV Newsworld as I write.

Mom Possibly in the Hospital Until the Weekend
I had a chat with her over the phone last night after I got home from work. She’d been through another battery of tests over the course of the day, including what sounds like an MRI. At least they are being thorough...
From the sounds of it, the tests will continue until at least sometime Saturday, so that’s the earliest she’d be heading home, and more likely the day after.
Told her of our plans to come and visit her en masse – along with Aunt Audrey, who expressed an interest in joining us – which I guess will more likely happen on the Sunday now.
