Commuting in Darkness Again
Today is my first day of commuting to work since we "sprang forward" due to the end of Daylight Savings Time over the weekend. So it was inky black outside when I went to catch a streetcar to work this morning.

No TTC transit strike either, which means no windfall of work days at my home office. :-( The last time there was a transit strike I managed to walk to work -- it was a lengthy, and healthy 50 min. walk. Can't readily walk to the Oakville office now though...).

It was heartening to hear to daft twittering of Robins though, presumably out looking for the worms forced up by the rains of the previous day. The riverside in Oakville hosted a bevy of red-winged blackbirds squawking out their territorial calls at each other as well.
