Bryce and Family Leaving Canada
Got a phone call out of the blue from Bryce this afternoon. He called to say that he, Aggie and young Bennin were leaving Montreal at the end of the summer to move to Shanghai, where Bryce and Aggie have taken on a two-year teaching contract.
Got a phone call out of the blue from Bryce this afternoon. He called to say that he, Aggie and young Bennin were leaving Montreal at the end of the summer to move to Shanghai, where Bryce and Aggie have taken on a two-year teaching contract.
While I wasn’t too surprised at this news, I was surprised that they were planning on selling the house in Montreal – so this move is not a temporary thing. Both of them have always seemed to have the urge to roam, and their careers have taken them all over the world: Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Morrocco and lately Montreal, Canada.
It’s sad to see them go – since the birth of their son last year I had expected that they would stay put. Not so it seems.
Will miss having the excuse of doing a Miscellaneous ‘S’ recording to come and visit Bryce in Montreal.
