Spongebob Dadpants
Another "Dad day", as Erika's day was filled with trumpet playing and a concert in the evening with the EYCB.

I did have the morning to do some work, which I spent writing up reviews for the next issue of Performance PC magazine.

Took the girls and one of their friends to see the Spongebob Squarepants movie at a matinee at the Fox Beaches Theatre. This was the first movie I have been able to convince Annie to go to since she was scared by some the movie previews (especially that for Spiderman 2) at a show we saw at the other Beaches cinema last year.

The movie was silly fun and all of the girls had a good time. Hey, so did I. ;-) Not the same caliber as a "Toy Story" but my main fun was taking the girls out.

Afterwards I took them to Ed's Real Scoop for some ice cream which also went down very well. When we got home we were greeted by the two girls from next door who babysat/acted as ring-leaders for the whole troupe, giving me a bit of a break to work on some more articles for the magazine.

Ordered plenty of pizza for everybody and the whole thing wound down around 8pm, when the girls happily passed out.
