A lot of people believe this is, psychologically if not actually, the final day of summer. I would be one of those people, even though school ended for me a decade-and-a-half ago.
Erika went off for a double-dose of yoga in the morning, and then was off to play with the Argonotes in a game in the afternoon. So by default it was "a Daddy day".
It didn't actually rain until the evening, but the sky looked threatening and the cloud ceiling was low, which made the idea of heading to the CN Tower pointless, which was too bad as watching part of the Air Show from that vantage point would have have made for quite the spectacle. By late morning a couple of the girls' friends came over to play, so we had a stay-at-home day.
On the whole, a quiet way to spend the end of the summer.
Man, it goes so fast.
